About This Blog

The blog title, ‘行者无疆’ (xíngzhě wújiāng) is a Chinese idiom, meaning ‘A traveler isn’t bound by borders’.

I started this blog in 2009 when I went to live in southern China to teach English after graduating from university, mainly to keep in touch with friends and relatives back home. After my move north to Beijing it fell by the wayside, but I’ve picked it up again since I’ve left China for Europe. Time for new adventures!
